THE MOST IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLIVEN BUNDY AND THE DANN SISTERS, IS THAT THE DANN SISTERS ACTUALLY OWNED THE LAND

"The federal government's treatment of rancher Cliven Bundy, who has invoked land rights in his objection to paying grazing fees for his cattle, stands in stark contrast to what was done to the Dann sisters and other Indigenous Peoples on Shoshone territory when they did the same thing on lands that were unquestionably their own.

It was 1973 when the federal government first told Mary and Carrie Dann that they were "trespassing on public land," sparking a protracted paper war that eventually reached the U.S. Supreme Court."* The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

TAKING BY FORCE AND VIOLENCE IS A LONG STORY, STILL HAPPENING ALL AROUND THE WORLD

This same thing has been happening for a LONG, LONG time.. Taking things by force, intimidation, violence and with weapons is something that there is a long history of in this country. But the story is universal, as indigenous peoples all around the world are fighting this same battle, in the same way, and for the same reasons.

These ancient and very wise, honorable people don't want the land abused, spoiled, polluted or used for short term profit. They look at 7 future generations and what works for them without causing harm. They do what is right for them, rather than just at what is profitable short term.

So far, so called 'civilized' countries have not learned this lesson, and will suffer for it.

THE UGLY SIDE OF THE BUNDY STANDOFF

This is not the first time that guns and violence have been used in this way.. Ruby Ridge is another episode of this same type of thing..

Consider what happened at the Bundy standoff, with multiple government agencies involved, all of them armed to the teeth, standing off against white, armed to the teeth white militia members. What do you think would have happened if these militia members had been American Indians, or Black people in the middle of a city, or Chinese militia groups facing off against the government and/or police in San Francisco? Do you think it would have ended peacefully, as it did in this case, more by luck than by design?

CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES AROUND BLM 'OWNING' AND CONTROLLING ALL RIGHTS TO LAND

http://youtu.be/tAwALTdrMZ8

Both the Dann sisters and potentially also the Bundy case bring up some issues that need debating and much more discussion in a public forum, free of politics.  There are some universal issues that need to be addressed here, and historical issues that should be aired out in public. Maybe it is time to heal these very old wounds and start by apologizing in public for the harm that has been caused, not just in the USA, but all around the world?

LEGAL ISSUES RAISED BY DANN SISTERS AND BUNDY INCIDENT

Where does a person go to address illegal taking of land or property by a government? Certainly a person with no money or assets cannot sue in local or state court venues, because expensive lawyers are required to have even a remote chance of winning. Small claims court does not allow lawyers, but the total claim amount is limited to several thousand dollars, so that forum is out. The federal government has unlimited lawyers and resources on their side, and the average citizen has nothing to fight with, so the fight is unfair, right from the word go.

If a person cannot go to a regular court in a way that does not involve lawyers (like small claims court) and that has a regular jury of peers to contest land use or ownership rights, nor can they contest Constitutional issues in a lawful court of law, is there still a Constitution? Are there still rights? Is there still freedom?

Ideally, a government agency will follow the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, as well as local, state as well as federal laws, but what if they don't? What if a government forcibly takes land from people like the Dann sisters, or anyone else for that matter? What if they overstep their legal authority and take something that they have no right to? Where does the average person go to complain or get redress for harm or value of things taken, if the law does not allow such grievance to be aired to anyone but the agency doing the act? Of course, the government agency will deny all claims and not pay anything, or they would not have done the taking in the first place.

Where does a citizen go to fight back against an agency like the BLM, EPA, or other government agency, if their property rights, Constitutional rights, or freedoms have been violated?

WHAT IF BLACK PEOPLE HAD BEEN STANDING OFF AGAINST THE POLICE WITH WEAPONS?

What are the odds that a stand off of black males with guns against mostly white law enforcement would have ended peacefully, no matter what their affiliation with any group was? Here is one example of what happens when minorities arm themselves and try to stand up for their Constitutional 'rights' and freedom....

Black Panther Party; (exact equivalent of the white militia groups)
Wikipedia; "Federal Bureau of Investigation Director J. Edgar Hoover called the party "the greatest threat to the internal security of the country",[7] and he supervised an extensive program (COINTELPRO) of surveillance, infiltration, perjury, police harassment, and many other tactics designed to undermine Panther leadership, incriminate party members, discredit and criminalize the Party, and drain the organization of resources and manpower. The program was also accused of using assassination against Black Panther members.[8][9][10][11]

Government repression initially contributed to the growth of the party as killings and arrests of Panthers increased support for the party within the black community and on the broad political left, both of whom valued the Panthers as powerful force opposed to de facto segregation and the military draft.

In Chicago, on December 4, 1969, two Panthers were killed when the Chicago Police raided the home of Panther leader Fred Hampton. The raid had been orchestrated by the police in conjunction with the FBI. Hampton was shot and killed, as was Panther guard Mark Clark. A federal investigation reported that only one shot was fired by the Panthers, and police fired at least 80 shots.[93] Hampton was subsequently shot twice in the head at point blank range while unconscious. He was 21 years old and unarmed at the time of his murder. Coroner reports show that Hampton was drugged with a powerful barbiturate that night and all indicators point toward FBI infiltrator William O'Neal as the source of the drugging.[94] Cook County State's Attorney Edward Hanrahan, his assistant and eight Chicago police officers were indicted by a federal grand jury over the raid, but the charges were later dismissed.[77][95] In 1979 civil action, Hampton's family won $1.85 million from the city of Chicago in a wrongful death settlement.[96]

WHAT IF AMERICAN INDIANS HAD BEEN STANDING OFF AGAINST POLICE AND BLM WITH WEAPONS?

Wikipedia; "Wounded Knee Massacre
....About 200 AIM and Oglala Lakota activists occupied the hamlet of Wounded Knee on February 27, 1973. They demanded the removal of Wilson, restoration of treaty negotiations with the U.S. government, and correction of U.S. failures to enforce treaty rights. Visits by the U.S. senators from South Dakota, FBI agents and United States Department of Justice (DOJ) representatives, were attended by widespread media coverage, but the Richard Nixon administration was preoccupied internally with Watergate.[22]

As the events evolved, the activists at Wounded Knee had a 71-day armed stand-off with U.S. law enforcement. AIM leaders at the site were Russell Means, Dennis Banks and Carter Camp; traditional spiritual leaders of the Lakota, such as Frank Fools Crow, were also prominent. Fools Crow led Oglala Lakota spiritual ceremonies and practice in their ways for participants.[22] Joseph H. Trimbach of the FBI and Steve Frizell of DOJ led the government.[22]

Casualties of gunfire included a U.S. Marshal, who was seriously wounded and paralyzed; and the deaths of Frank Clearwater, a Cherokee from North Carolina, and Buddy Lamont, a local Oglala Lakota. After Lamont's death, the Oglala Lakota elders called an end to the occupation.[22] Some Lakota have alleged that Ray Robinson, a civil rights activist, was killed during the Wounded Knee occupation, as he disappeared there.[27]"

WHAT IF JAPANESE PEOPLE HAD BEEN STANDING OFF AGAINST POLICE WITH WEAPONS?

What would have happened if a large group of armed Japanese people had stood off against white armed police and government officers? Would it have ended peacefully?

Wikipedia; "The internment of Japanese Americans in the United States was the forced relocation and incarceration during World War II of between 110,000 and 120,000[2] people of Japanese ancestry who lived on the Pacific coast in camps in the interior of the country. Sixty-two percent of the internees were United States citizens.[3][4] The U.S. government ordered the removal of Japanese Americans in 1942, shortly after Imperial Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor.[5]

Such incarceration was applied unequally due to differing population concentrations and, more importantly, state and regional politics: more than 110,000 Japanese Americans, nearly all who lived on the West Coast, were forced into interior camps, but in Hawaii, where the 150,000-plus Japanese Americans comprised over one-third of the population, only 1,200 to 1,800 were interned.[6] The forced relocation and incarceration has been determined to have resulted more from racism and discrimination among whites on the West Coast, rather than any military danger posed by the Japanese Americans."

CORPORATIONS AND THE PROFIT MOTIVE BEHIND ALL OF THE FORCIBLE TAKING

When government agencies take from someone like the Dann sisters and then hand that same land over to gold or uranium mining companies right after the taking, it is very clear to the average person what is being done. Historically, kings have always taken from the citizens in unlawful and illegal ways, either by sheer force, violence or threats. How is the taking of the Dann sisters land any different than what happened under King George in England, or under any other despot or dictator in any other country?

The underlying motive underneath just about all of the taking is selfish greed/absolute power. But what drives the taking in the US is a belief that short term profits are not only legal, but morally required for a healthy GDP, and a free market economy.  Add on a religious justification via a manifest destiny, which assumes primary 'rule' over all other peoples, religions, and ways of life, and you have a combination that destroys the planet, justifies genocide as necessary, and condones violent taking at all costs, with no regard for long term consequences.

PREDATORY CAPITALISM DEMANDS MILLIONS OF PEOPLE BE SACRIFICED

Huge corporations have combined forces behind the scenes to take over and control politicians or governments all around the world, including Communist China. The dark motives of the 1% who control most of the wealth, land, and resources is to extract by force as much wealth as they can, while increasing their power to the maximum extent possible.

All around the world, the methods used are the same. Taking by force is justified in order to 'feed' the needs of corporations, who stand in the shadows pulling the strings of a corrupted by money form of government.

Corporations Effect On Humanity: War By Other Means, Jon Pilger; via A Green Road

Of course, since the 1% are the 'job creators', they do not see fit to pay anyone compensation for the forcible 'taking', raping, killing and destruction, since they are doing it all in the name of Molech. Sacrificing children on an alter has not been abolished, it has just changed form and been hidden away behind some dark curtains, and invisible poisons are used instead of knives on an alter.

SACRIFICE ZONES ARE SPREADING AND GROWING GLOBALLY, ALL FOR PROFIT AND ABSOLUTE POWER SAKE

Sacrifice Zones, Nuclear Power and the Sacrificial Victims System Is Spreading Globally As Part Of Predatory Capitalism
http://agreenroad.blogspot.com/2014/09/sacrifice-zones-nuclear-power-and.html

If a corporation is not involved with nuclear 'fires', and sacrificing people that way, then they are sacrificing people for something that is even more powerful than that; the Golden Calf. What used to be justified as a war on Communism has now morphed into a war on the peoples of the world and the environment, in a free for all that has combined the power of huge globalist corporations with the absolute top down power of Communism. Now partners in crime, the people of the world are the prey and victims.

Historically, the focus of this sacrificial corporate machine was aimed primarily at third world countries. What has changed now is that this corporate machine is now targeting the white middle class, the former slave owners and 'takers' who 'settled' this and other countries. Like all dictators, the 1% start by targeting the weakest, most vulnerable minorities, but eventually end up targeting everyone. The 99% is now the target, and Bundy is just one tiny example of this absolute power expressing itself.

Bundy is a good example of how the former privileged white citizen is now a target of the Matrix like machine.

SELFISH SHORT TERM PROFIT MOTIVE CELEBRATED AND JUSTIFIED

Many millions of people, species and the whole world must be sacrificed in order to feed the Golden Calf. Selfishness is celebrated, but morality and ethics are thrown into the sacrificial fires.

The proponents of a free market love to claim the territory of freedom, but they use oppression and brutality to squash any competition. Any real freedom is outlawed in the name of absolute control/power, which then generates huge profits.

SUMMARY

A spiritually bankrupt and empty ego plus greed is always hungry, never gets enough, and no matter how much it is given, it always wants/takes more. A 'souled out' ego has a habit of destroying anything and everything it touches, no matter how much it tries to do the opposite.

The foundation stone of modern civilization is built in part on ego and greed. The problem with a pure ego ruling at the top of any organization, is like building a home on quicksand; it can never stand. The only thing standing between absolute power and control of the 1% are local communities.

To have any hope of surviving long term, spirituality, interfaith religion, morals and ethics must be taught in all schools. A focus must be included that includes 7 generations in all decisions and laws, so that they are not harmed.
