Prophecy Sign: Persia, (Iran), to become involved in an end-times war against Israel
The prophet Ezekiel, writing several thousand years ago, foretold of a war that would take place during the last days. This war is recorded in chapters 38/39 of the book of Ezekiel and indicates that Persia, (Iran), along with several other nations, would attack Israel. God intervenes on behalf of the Jewish people and helps to destroy this invading army.
Iran is becoming ever more brazen in its goal of acquiring nuclear weapons, with recent reports that the Iranians are mere months away from producing a nuclear weapon, and with these reports that indicate Iranis testing ballistic missiles, capable of carrying a nuclear payload. How much longer Israelcan wait before striking Iranand eliminating this threat is anyone’s guess. One thing is clear; we are fast approaching some sort of confrontation. Will this be the prelude to the Gog/Magog war that Ezekiel wrote about?
