Investing in the stock market is the most accepted way of making money. The tendency is to let the 'experts' handle the money there, in order to make as much money as possible in the fastest period of time, without having to work for it.

CEO'S OF MOST CORPORATIONS FOCUS ON SHORT TERM PROFITS WITH NO REGARD FOR CONSEQUENCES OR LONG TERM EFFECTS ON 7 FUTURE GENERATIONS


The CEO's of huge corporations follow the 'orders' of the stockholders, to make as much money as possible, in the shortest period of time possible, with no regard for any future consequences either to the environment or to future generations of people or animals. If the world is destroyed, so be it, because the ONLY priority is profit, now. This orientation tends to create sociopaths who rise to the top, because they are the ones willing to do this, with no regard to the consequences.

SELFISH SHORT TERM PERSPECTIVE, VERSUS SELFLESS LONG TERM 7 GENERATIONS OUTLOOK


Does the selfish need to make huge amounts of money at any cost make sense at all? Surely, stock investors don't mean for the destruction of the world and the extinction of over 100 species per day to happen today, but it is what is happening.  

And this state of accelerating destruction is what will keep on happening unless and until both individual and organizational stock owners choose a company that keeps the long term 7 generation viewpoint in mind FIRST from the level of the CEO and down to the janitors working at night to clean the buildings or grounds. 

The current focus inside the education system, inside businesses and most organizations is on selfish, self absorbed short term profit, and nothing else. What is the consequence of promoting and teaching this philosophy and belief system in schools, colleges, businesses and government?

FOCUS ON SHORT TERM PROFITS HAS CREATED HUGE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES


Of course, the focus on making short term profits at any cost has huge consequences, including massive amounts of that money being invested in harmful things such as nuclear power. With no filters on what to invest in, money actually becomes a destructive weapon, instead of a tool for creating a better future for 7 future generations, without causing them harm.

The desire for more money as quickly as possible with no regard for harm caused creates many unintended consequences. Japan and the US wanted lots of money. The individuals and organizations involved needed lots of power to create factories that would build a lot of products, so they would make a lot of money off of them. So they built a lot of carbon and nuclear power plants that the pro nuclear apologists promised would produce nearly free, green, clean and safe power. Then TMI, Chernoble and Fukushima happened and many negative tipping points were initiated and are now growing, as a result of those choices made many years ago.

The people who sold those nuclear power plants did not tell the truth, because their desire was to make a lot of money too, and they did not care to properly inform people of the consequences and long term dangers or risks to 700 future generations, as long as they got lots of money, quickly.

The nuclear industry promised the nuclear waste generated would be minimal, and all of it would fit under a kitchen table, and that 99.999% would be recycled with no harmful emissions. None of these promises ended up happening and the opposite is what turned out to be the truth, but that is the consequence of wanting a lot of money very quickly, while not paying any attention to the future and what will work without causing harm to 7 future generations as a first screening tool for investment or planning any project.

FIRST CRITERIA FOR INVESTMENTS AND DONATIONS


Nowadays, savvy sustainability oriented investors are starting to realize that not all investments are equal, and that there is a huge responsibility that goes with investing, donating and/or managing a lot of money. First and foremost, all investment amounts or donations should go to organizations that cause no harm to this or 7 future generations, which means zero carbon, zero chemicals and zero nuclear, as a screening tool, before investing in anything, or as close as possible to that goal. To accomplish this means divesting from all nuclear and carbon fuel related stocks, bonds and related derivatives.

To secure the best chance for a sustainable future means donating, investing and/or managing money with a goal of creating a 100% zero carbon, zero nuclear future without causing harm to 7 future generations, such as the following ones.

What fuels this cartel is money, via stocks and bonds. Pulling away investment money from these organizations decreases their power and strength. Putting money into more sustainable investment options increases the speed and power of those companies and organizations. In this way, every person has a huge amount of power because each person can help create what kind of future they want, via investing their retirement account, investment portfolio or other assets. 


TEACHING THE SCIENCE OF SUSTAINABLE HEALTH SHOULD BE THE HIGHEST PRIORITY,  HUGE FINANCIAL SUPPORT, DONATIONS AND GOVERNMENT SUPPORT


It also helps to consider what kinds of organizations one donates to and what focus they have. You can feed a person for a day, but if you teach them how to fish, they will eat for a lifetime. There is nothing wrong with feeding starving children, saving animals in pounds, or saving whales or trees. But this does not educate anyone or give them any idea about how everything fits together into a science of sustainable health.
