IAEA AND WHO LINKED TOGETHER WITH SECRECY/CONTROL AGREEMENT
Summary: The IAEA is a UN agency. It has full power over food, technology, safety, health, and is a member of the UN Security Council. The IAEA signed a secrecy agreement between itself and WHO, the World Health Organization, mandating that IAEA is the one giving permission and controlling the information, research and investigations of WHO, around all things nuclear. WHO had it's teeth pulled and became a sleeping, toothless old dog, tied up in the backyard at that point.
No one even hears from WHO regarding radiation anymore, unless it is a pro nuclear PR piece done with permission of the IAEA. How does a marketing organization get away with telling an international medical professional organization what to say and do? This is an example of how the for profit nuclear industry has corrupted and taken over many agencies, the UN and governments.
According to the IW; "For more than half a century, the health consequences of nuclear disasters, such as Chernobyl and Fukushima, and of nuclear activities in general, have been hidden from the public. A high level international coverup, involving governments, the nuclear industry, and international public institutions, has been coordinated by the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), one of whose mandates is to promote peaceful use of the atom in the world.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) is an accomplice to this coverup. In fact, according to the agreement signed on May 28, 1959 between WHO and IAEA, WHO is not allowed to disseminate information, undertake research, or provide assistance to populations affected by nuclear accidents, without the approval of the IAEA which itself reports to the UN Security Council. For the past two years, WHO no longer even has a “Radiation and Health” department. This unacceptable situation was confirmed during a meeting between Independent WHO and Dr Chan, WHO Director General, on May 4, 2011.
It is clear that WHO has abdicated all responsibility in the critically important field of radiation and health. International radiological protection standards were introduced in 1950 by the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP), and its recommendations are followed by States and international organisations. But the ICRP model that is used to determine doses and risks of ionizing radiation to human health fails to distinguish between the effects of internal contamination and those of external irradiation: with, as a direct consequence, denial of the morbidity and mortality rates observed among the people who live in (radiation) contaminated areas.
This explains that the official Chernobyl death toll, of 5 September 2005, cosigned by UN agencies, is around 50 directly linked to the catastrophe, and 4.000 potential deaths in the long term..... At the end of 2009, however, the book “Chernobyl: consequences of the catastrophe for people and the environment” by A.V. Yablokov and V. and A. Nesterenko, so far the most complete review on the subject, was published under the aegis of the New York Academy of Sciences. Based upon thousands of studies from all over the world, the authors estimate that there have been hundreds of thousands of deaths as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophe.

They also document a significant increase in morbidity, particularly in children, 80% of whom are ill today compared to 20% prior to the accident. These huge discrepancies in estimates of the number of victims must be investigated. With the Fukushima catastrophe which is certainly as serious as the Chernobyl disaster it is all the more urgent and essential today, to critically examine the information that is provided to populations on radioactive contamination and to consider possible radioprotection measures."

Notice that this contract does NOT address any mention of low dose radiation harm, nor does it talk about how people can protect themselves against harmful radiation. This is why Dr. Yamashita kept talking about how smiling will protect you from radiation, and stress is what causes all diseases and deaths after a nuclear accident, NOT the radiation, which is good for you, even at HUGE doses, much larger than what nuclear workers get.

In the early days of nuclear power, WHO issued forthright statements on radiation risks, such as its 1956 warning: ''Genetic heritage is the most precious property for human beings. It determines the lives of our progeny, health and harmonious development of future generations. After 1959, the organisation made no more statements on health and radioactivity.

In other words, as nuclear disaster cause more and more cancers due to man made radiation releases, the IAEA works with medical doctors to help supply them with the same man made radioactive elements to use for expensive 'treatments' once the patients get cancer from the very same radioactive heavy metal poisons.
At the very least, this is a huge conflict of interest, and at worst, it is fraudulent collusion and cover up of the harm caused on BOTH sides by man made radioactive elements.
The IAEA pressures the medical industry and governments to not test for or pursue the harm that low dose radiation causes to anyone. They hire doctors to tell people to smile more and that radiation is harmless.

It consisted of shipping contaminated waste from Fukushima and burning it all over japan, so everyone got a good dose of radiation, and later on no one can sue for radiation damage, because it will have been spread 'equally' all over Japan.

This IAEA program means: Resettlement of people in irradiated areas, is “overcoming” the negative situation by ignoring the situation. The reason that these citizen and health professional led organizations are doing this is because these UN organizations are not doing their job either as health professionals that are supposed to protect public health, nor as regulators of the nuclear industry.
