Assuming this is the case, where is the cesium in the food supply which would lead to an elevated cesium level in the urine like this? What is the total body count of cesium in Bq/kg? Ideally, the medical doctor would do a whole body count of radiation on this patient and figure out the total body burden, because the elevated urine level cannot do that.

Screening tests do exist for cesium contamination, as shown in this video. A whole body INTERNAL radiation test should be a routine health check available to health conscious consumers in the USA.
Hopefully, this one example of an elevated cesium level is the last, but certainly, it would pay to dig in and see if this is potentially a wider health issue that may be affecting many more individuals both in the USA and in other countries.
