China Military cyber attacks from U.S., Implies U.S. Government behind it. U.S.

China's Defense Minister has implied that the U.S. is behind the cyber attacks on Chinese military computers. He stated the cyber attacks are coming from U.S. IP addresses. It was also implied the U.S. is creating their own cyber attacks for an increase in military and cyber security forces (internet control).
