Moody’s confirmed: ‘The EU programme implies that the probability of a distressed exchange, and hence a default, on Greek government bonds is virtually 100 per cent.’ Eurozone countries and the International Monetary Fund handed Greece a second bailout worth £96billion last week – on top of £97billion in rescue loans last year.
