PA Claims Israel Steals Gas in Exploration of Gaza Waters

Prophecy Sign:  Israel will come into vast riches beneath her sands and seas at the time of the end.  Radically changing the geo-political scene in the Middle East.

An interesting series of events are now occurring that will have huge ramifications in the geo-political world, setting up the fulfillment of future bible prophecy.

Israel is discovering vast reserves of both natural gas and shale oil under her sands and seas. Just as bible prophecy said would happen at the time of the end. At the same time, the so called Arab Spring of revolutions has the potential of interrupting or cutting off energy supplies to the western world. What do you suppose would happen if the Arab world attempted to extort the Western world yet again by restricting energy supplies, (as they did during the oil embargos of the early 1980's), but Israel, with her new found riches stepped in to fill the gap? Quite possibly you would have an irate bunch of Arab Muslims that would seek the destruction of Israel and the capture of her wealth.

This scenario is actually written about in the book of Ezekiel, (chapters 38/39), where an alliance of nations from the regions surrounding Israel will attempt to invade the Jewish nation. One of the motives seems to be the seeking of plunder and wealth. Perhaps to claim the new Israeli oil and natural gas reserves for themselves?

The Palestinian Authority is claiming that authorization by the Israeli government for the Noble Gas firm to explore the waters off the coast of Gaza for potential natural gas fields constitutes “theft.” Noble has developed other productive gas reservoirs in Israel, including several off the coast of Haifa.  Ramallah-based Fatah spokesman Dmitry Dliani told OilPrice.com the decision by the National Infrastructures Ministry was a “license to steal Gaza's natural gas reserves.” He demanded “international protection” against the move.

Edwin Black, author of the book British Petroleum and The Redline Agreement: The West's Secret Pact to Get Mideast Oil, warns the devastating effects of such occurrences could reach far beyond that troubled region. "We are teetering on the brink of an oil interruption, and the United States has no plan for an oil interruption," Black told CBN News. "If the oil is cut off and interrupted, as it is being threatened by Iran and its surrogates each and every hour of every day, we only have a month of two of a supply," he continued.
