Spirit-Led Revival Movement Sweeps Brazil

So while apostasy grows in the churches in the affluent Western World, the church is flourishing in places such as Brazil.  God is working miracles from China to the Muslim nations as many people come to know Jesus as their saviour. 

Jesus told us that the gospel would be preached throughout the world, and then the end would come.  The Apostle Paul made a statement that many find intriguing.  He indicated that Israel and the Jewish people would continue in their rejection of Jesus Christ as Messiah until the full number of the Gentiles comes in.  Some prophecy observers interpret that phrase to mean that God Almighty has a certain number in mind for the Church body.  Once that number is met, up we go in the great catching away of the Bride of Christ to meet the groom in the air, forever to be with the Lord.

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14 NIV

I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. Romans 11:25 NIV

If the trend continues, it is predicted that more than half of all Brazilians (109 million Christians out of 209 million citizens) will be evangelical Christians by 2020.
