Unless you've been living under a rock, (like the two guys in the Geico commercial), you will know by now of the massive earthquake that has caused a major tsunami to pummel Japan. Many, many people have perished or are missing and damage will likely be in the billions of dollars.
We ask that you pray for the nation and people of Japan. While Christians are small in number in that asian nation, pray that they will be the first to step forward to help their fellow citizens. Ask God that through all this, many Japanese people will hear about Jesus Christ, for perhaps the first time in their lives.
This is for sure the fulfillment of Jesus' warning of last day earthquakes of great size:
There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven. Luke 21:11 NIV
