A hit on Iran is fast approaching as all signs point to a fall military strike by Israel, America, or both.  Reports indicate that Israel and America are readying military weapons and preparations for action later this summer or into the fall.  In fact, there is to be a major joint military exercise in October featuring thousands of soldiers from both Israel and the United States.  How convenient to have thousands of soldiers in the area, when an attack happens. 


Iran, for its part is once again warning Israel that any attack on Iran would result in the destruction of the Jewish state.  Do you suppose these recent moves on the part of Israel and America will cause Iran to rethink its nuclear ambitions?  Not likely!!  In fact, one can presume that the race is now on in the nuclear facilities of Iran to whip up some sort of nuclear weapon prior to any Israeli attack.

Iran, (Persia), is named as one of the major players in the upcoming Gog/Magog battle that will see an alliance of Islamic nations, (and perhaps Russia herself), coming against Israel.  Might one of the motives of such a collaborative attack be due to the aftermath of any Western attack on Iran's nuclear program?

Israeland the U.S.are pushing forward with preparations to jointly strike Iran's nuclear facilities, the U.S.blog Business Insider reported on Saturday. "U.S.defense contracts, an Iranian F-16 acquisition, and Israel's new military preparations suggest that all sides are getting ready for whatever may come," the report says. According to the blog, the U.S navy has recently signed a $338 million contract with defense contractor Raytheon to "provide the Navy with 361 Tomahawk cruise missiles in their most recent configuration. According to the website, the U.S.is either renewing its stock of missiles or planning ahead.

Israeland the US are set to hold their largest ever joint military exercise in October, featuring thousands of soldiers and advanced anti-missile defense systems, and simulating simultaneous fire from Iranand Syria. News of the drill comes amid ongoing violence in Syria, and with Israeland the USclosely discussing the means to thwart Iran’s nuclear drive. The commander of the 3rd Air Force, Lt.-Gen.Craig A. Franklin, on a recent visit to Israel, established a planning committee with representatives of the IDF to coordinate the details of the exercise, the Maariv Hebrew daily reported Monday. Some 3,000 USsoldiers are to participate, alongside thousands of Israeli troops.

A high-ranking Iranian general said on Saturday Israeli military action against Iran’s nuclear program would lead to the collapse of the Jewish state, Farsnews agency reported. Last week’s round of nuclear talks between Iranand world powers in Moscow failed to secure a breakthrough, heightening fears Israelmight take unilateral military action to curb Iran’s nuclear activities. The two sides agreed to a follow-up meeting of technical experts on July 3, saving the process from outright failure. “They cannot do the slightest harm to the [Iranian] revolution and the system,” Brigadier General Mostafa Izadi, deputy chief of staff of Iran’s armed forces, told Fars. “If the Zionist regime takes any [military] actions against Iran, it would result in the end of its labours,” he added. “If they act logically, such threats amount to a psychological war but if they want to act illogically, it is they who will be destroyed.”
