A non Biblical Prohecy Sign: The Last Pope
Bible prophecy is the only prophecy that has shown itself to be 100% accurate, and we only accept any other prophecies to be at most, interesting or intriguing. One such prophecy is that of the last Pope. In this prophecy, a Irish Monk by the name of St. Malachy was given a look into the future as to the identity of the last 112 popes. The current Pope, Benedict, is the 111th Pope on Malachy's list, and according to this prophecy, the final Pope will come next. According to Malachy's prophecy, the next Pope will be at the head of the Roman Church during the coming Tribulation period.
Interesting to read that the health of Pope Benedict is in serious decline. At 85 years of age, Benedict is obviously nearing the end of his days on this planet. We pray for the Pope, (as we do for all Catholics), that his eyes will be opened to the truth of the gospel message, and that if he has not already done so, will come to Christ in acceptance of the offer of salvation before his days are done.
And if this prophecy is to be believed, then we are very close to the emergence of the final Pope and the coming time of Jacobs Trouble, the Tribulation.
