Test Broadcast of Government's National Warning System Set for Wednesday

Prophecy Sign: The coming global police state

America has become a police state and most people don't even comprehend what that means. We suggest you follow this link to a very interesting article which compares George Orwell’s book, 1984, with what Americais today. You will be shocked.

So when you read articles like those below which indicate that Government now has the ability to seize control of the airways, (and wants the same abilities for the internet and communications devices), and also wants the freedom to secretly track anyone at anytime via GPS, we should not be surprised at all that America is now the biggest police state in the world. This will ultimately spread through the remainder of the world. This system will allow a future global world leader, the Antichrist, to monitor, track and when necessary, eliminate anyone that refuse to accept his mark, or to worship him as God.
He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. And he was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. Revelation 13:7 NIV
From the articles:
For the first time, the federal government will actually break into programming nationwide to test its emergency communications backbone. At approximately 2:00 pm EST on Wednesday, radio and TV stations will sound a loud tone and an announcement about testing the nationwide emergency alert system. While most Americans have endured regular tests of this system by broadcasters on a state and local level, the federal government has never initiated a nationwide emergency alert.  The national EAS circuit, operated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, allows the president to communicate with the public in an instant. On the president’s signal, FEMA can seize control of the airwaves temporarily and override the signal with the president’s message.

Citizens traveling public highways should have no expectation of privacy just because police are tracking their movements through GPS rather than in person, the U.S. government argued Tuesday in a case before the Supreme Court that pits the interest of law enforcement against individual privacy rights. The dispute springs from a situation in which police affixed a GPS tracking device to a suspect's car without a proper warrant. It monitored the suspect's movements for several weeks, noting where his vehicle went and how long it stayed at each location.

It would be interesting to see the agency undertaking something similar in partnerships with major Internet companies. Could it be possible for the Google logo to turn into an alert message? Or for Twitter’s promoted ads — which appear in user timelines — to be a message from FEMA?  It may not be that long in the future for a truly integrated nationwide alert system. FEMA is working on an Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) that will employ all communication devices. Until then, though, if you want to be warned, tune into the television at 2 p.m.
