Prophecy Signs:  Great earthquakes in diverse regions of the world

More earthquakes folks.  While not great in scale, it's disconcerting to read how they are occurring in places that have not felt an earthquake in decades and also the fact they are coming in swarms in various locations.  Just click on the "earthquakes/volcano’s" label at the bottom of this blog post and see how many smaller earthquakes and swarms of earthquakes have occurred all over the United States alone in the last few days.

Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 all record the words of Jesus Christ as he warned of earthquakes at the time of the end.
From the articles:
A rare earthquake shook the San Antonio area Thursday morning. According to the United States Geological Survey, the quake registered at 4.8 on the Richter scale at about 7:24 a.m. The epicenter of the quake was located about 50 miles southeast of San Antonio between Pleasanton and Karnes City. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage. The U.S. Geological Survey said it was the largest earthquake on record for the area, surpassing a magnitude-4.3 shock recorded in 1993.

A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck the north part of the Big Island of Hawaii on Wednesday, and the shaking was followed by a series of smaller temblors. The first quake struck 13 miles southeast of Waimea at about 2 p.m., the U.S. Geological Survey said. It was centered at a depth of 11.7 miles. About two dozen smaller quakes ranging in magnitude from 1.7 to 3.6 followed within two hours. No tsunami alert was issued and there were no immediate reports of damage. Residents across the island reported feeling light to moderate shaking.

At least ten earthquakes were recorded in northwestern Italy on Thursday, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC). The largest of the earthquakes measured 4.2 magnitude (mb) on the Richter Scale and occurred at 08:11 AM local time (00:11 AM EDT) at a shallow depth of 10 km. The epicentre was located in the Aveto Natural Regional Park, about 5 km northeast of Borzonasca (pop 2,046), 16 km northeast of Chiavari (pop 27,865), and 39 km east of Genoa (pop 601,951). It was the strongest earthquake to hit northern Italy since a 4.3 magnitude earthquake struck on 25 July last. The other nine tremors recorded on Thursday ranged between 2.2 and 3.4 magnitude.
