Prophecy Sign:  The collapse of the global economy

The clock keeps winding down on the coming global economic collapse, (or rather economic restructuring).  This event will usher in the financial and economic system of the Antichrist which will limit only those people that have taken his mark the ability to participate in day to day commerce. (Revelation 13).
From the articles:
Fears of a Greek debt default and signs of division among Europe's policymakers over how to manage the debt crisis sent bank stocks sharply lower on Monday, raising worries about the sector's health. Senior German politicians have suggested publicly in recent days that an orderly bankruptcy of Greece may be part of a solution to the country's problems. The notion, which has been a taboo so far in Europe's handling of the crisis, spawned uncertainty in financial markets, in Europe and elsewhere.

US shares are trading lower, following falls in European and Asian markets on fears that Greece may default. A series of news reports that Germany may be preparing for an "orderly default" by Greece also sent the euro lower. German officials sought to shore up confidence on Monday, saying the stability of Greece and the euro was "the common goal".

With crashing stock markets, a plummeting currency and furious talk of military interventions in the Greek economy, this may be remembered as the Monday when the European crisis turned into an utter cataclysm. The decline of London, Berlin and Europe-wide stock indices by at least two per cent each on Monday morning, along with the fall of the euro to a 10-year low against the yen and a seven-month trough against the U.S. dollar, came as no surprise to Europeans who watched the battle between Berlin and Athens over the Greek debt crisis go ballistic over the weekend.
