Is the rise of Islam, or more specifically, radical Islam, a prophetic end-times event? Not that we can expressly determine from a biblical perspective. There are however, some that suggest that Islam and the false religious system of the Antichrist are somehow related. They equate the method of death, (beheading of the Tribulation saints), as a possible tie-in. (Beheading being a favorite method of termination among the very devote Islamists). We ourselves are not so sure of that particular interpretation.
Other bible prophecy experts suggest that the King of the South that the Prophet Daniel wrote about in the book of Daniel, (chapter 11), is a Muslim Caliphate that will exist at the time of the end. With all the recent uprisings in the Muslim Arab world, it wouldn't be a stretch to suggest such a Kingdom may be a future end-times development. Especially since many Muslims are currently working very hard to establish a global Caliphate.
How would increasing Islamic efforts affect our Western way of life? Quite radically if left unchecked as has happened in what many now call "Eurabia", (Western Europe ). People should be warned of what is happening in Europe in order to shut the door on the same happening here in North America .
