Meet The New Boss: China Owns The United States

Well it certainly looks as though the Red Dragon, (China), has America by the short and curlies.  Is it any wonder that there is no mention of America in prophecy?  After the Rapture and the collapse of the American economy, there won’t be much left of an American superpower.
The best passage in the bible that may allude to America and the other Western Nations during last day’s prophecies is found in the book of Ezekiel.  During the time of the Gog/Magog war when Russia, Iran, Turkey and their other allies attack Israel, a group of nations will meekly asked the invaders what their motivation is.  There will be no coming to the aid of Israel by these nations.

Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil? Ezekiel 38:13 KJV

Some prophecy experts, (including Mark Hitchcock), have concluded that the reference of Tarshish in this verse refers to England, and the young lions would be the offspring of England, (America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc).  If this is so, then this passage of scripture would seem to indicate that the Western nations who all call Israel an ally today, won't be in any position to give aid during this great war.  Is it because at that time, China would pretty much own the West, making it difficult for America and the rest to finance a war effort against the aggressors behind the Gog/Magog attack?

Chinese President Hu Jintao has said the international currency system dominated by the US dollar is a "product of the past". Mr Hu also said China was taking steps to replace it with the yuan, its own currency, but acknowledged that would be a "fairly long process". The remarks to two US newspapers come ahead of a state visit by the Chinese leader to Washington this week. They reflect continuing tensions over currency issues between the two powers.
