We may have different religions, different languages, different colored skin, but we all belong to one human race.
There are many types of prayer partnerships. What is very common is prayer partner ministries in churches, but limited to only being a prayer partner within that church. This article focuses on prayer partnering with another person who may be of another faith, or who may be spiritual but not religious, or someone who does not attend church.
Prayer is not limited to church, nor is prayer the sole domain of ministers, holy men and rabbis. Prayer can be done anytime, anywhere, by anyone. Prayer is much more powerful when two are gathered together for the same purpose.

Everyone is dealing with an enemy. Many people believe that the only enemy is outside and consists of things like terrorists, disease, Communism, or a multitude of other 'evils'. A great deal of anger is directed at these 'enemies', which then leads into violent acts, including wars. But if one really dives into what is underneath the anger or rage, one will find fear as the root cause and only enemy. Is fear a real enemy? This saying may help to slay this dragon that lives inside and breathes the fire of anger, which harms mainly the person breathing the hot dragon breath.

Prayer is one powerful way of dealing with fear and then overcoming it. Fear is like a mountain or a storm tossed sea that seems uncrossable. With prayer, that mountain can be moved, and the sea can be parted. Maybe it is time to start with slaying the dragon of fear, and then move on to bigger and better prayer goals.
Who Can Start A Prayer Partnership?
Prayer partners may form into larger prayer groups, and the easiest way to do this is within a church, but it is not limited to that, because churches can combine together for an interfaith prayer get together, or a large variety of organizations can form prayer groups, with prayer partnerships forming within that structure. A good structure to operate within is the 4 agreements, so that no one takes anything personally, but also keeps their word, while doing their best.
