The greatest fulfillment of bible prophecy since Jesus Christ’s first coming is that of the nation of Israel. Israel is indeed a living prophecy that continues to fulfill the promises of Yahweh God. Israelbecomes a nation in one day:  Before she goes into labour, she gives birth; before the pains come upon her, she delivers a son. Who has ever heard of such things? Who has ever seen things like this? Can a country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment? Isaiah 66:7-8 NIV

The re-gathering of the Jewish people:  See, I will bring them from the land of the north and gather them from the ends of the earth. Among them will be the blind and the lame, expectant mothers and women in labour; a great throng will return. Jeremiah 31:8 NIV

The restoration of the Hebrew language:  Then I will purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him shoulder to shoulder. Zephaniah 3:9 NIV

The restoration of the land and cities: This is what the Sovereign LORD says: On the day I cleanse you from all your sins, I will resettle your towns, and the ruins will be rebuilt. The desolate land will be cultivated instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass through it. They will say, “This land that was laid waste has become like the garden of Eden; the cities that were lying in ruins, desolate and destroyed, are now fortified and inhabited. Then the nations around you that remain will know that I the LORD have rebuilt what was destroyed and have replanted what was desolate. I the LORD have spoken, and I will do it. Ezekiel 36:33-36 NIV

Israelwill be in control of Jerusalemuntil the last days:  They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalemwill be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. Luke 21:24
