P.A. Statehood Bid Meant to Destroy Israel?

Prophecy Sign: The Psalm 83, Isaiah 17, Obadiah - Israel/Arab war

Since the first announcements months ago that indicated the Palestinians would head off to the United Nations for a unilateral declaration of Statehood, we have said that this will not lead to peace, but rather would lead to war. Seems many others see the same hand writing on the wall as we do, (see the videos below).

Israel will under no circumstances, give up any part of Jerusalem, and will not accept indefensible borders. This is exactly what the pre-1967 boundaries would mean to Israel; Giving up security and parts of Jerusalem. The Palestinians know all this of course, but will insist on these borders, none-the-less, in a UN declaration which will likely lead to war. The Arab world desires more that anything to destroy Israeland replace it with a new Arab Muslim state called Palestine. By ploughing ahead with their UN plans it will embolden the Muslim middle-east to take up arms and ready themselves for yet another Israel/Arab war.

Most geopolitical observers believe this war will be unlike any of the previous wars fought since 1949 inthat weapons of mass destruction could be used. This is where the prophecy of Damascusdestruction, (Isaiah 17), comes into play. Should Syriaattack Israelwith chemical weapons, or some other form of WMD's Israelwill likely respond with her nuclear arsenal.

An oracle concerning Damascus: “See, Damascus will no longer be a city but will become a heap of ruins. In the evening, sudden terror! Before the morning, they are gone! This is the portion of those who loot us, the lot of those who plunder us. Isaiah 17:1 &14 NIV

From the articles:
The Palestinian Authority will be seeking full United Nations membership in its statehood bid later this month, PA leader Mahmoud Abbas said Friday. "I’m going to the UN in order to demand our legitimate rights and secure full membership for the state of Palestine," the Palestinian president said in Ramallah. "We hope to secure full membership." "We are going to the Security Council," Abbas added, but then made it clear that "all options are open" and that a final decision has not been made yet. Abbas said the Palestinians will be aiming to "secure independence in the 1967 borders and its holy capital, Jerusalem." He also urged his countrymen to avoid violence, saying "we must avoid force."

French FM said on Monday that the status quo between Israel and the Palestinian is neither acceptable nor tenable, and "posed a risk of an explosion of violence." Alain Juppe added he is scheduled to meet Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas later on Monday. Abbas said Monday that he expects a "very difficult" situation after the Palestinians submit their request for full membership at the United Nations General Assembly, the French news agency AFP reported.
