Turkey mulls cutting economic ties

Prophecy Sign:  Turkey will be part of a collation of nations that will attempt to invade Israel.  This battle known as Gog/Magog, (Ezekiel 38/39)

Like Egypt, (and in fact more so), the nation of Turkey had been on quite good terms with Israel up until very recently.  In fact, Turkey was a favorite tourist destination of many Israelis.  However, like Egypt, relations between Turkey and Israel have soured considerably.  This is not at all surprising if you have read bible prophecy and know that both Egypt and Turkey are prophesied to become enemies of Israel, both becoming involved in future wars against the Jewish state.

Turkey has informed the US that Israel’s refusal to apologize for the IDF operation to thwart last year’s Turkish flotilla bringing supplies to the Gaza Strip will not go unpunished. The Turkish government says Israel’s refusal to accede to Turkish demands for an apology will naturally lead to further deterioration in relations between the two countries. Among other things, Turkey is examining the possibility of cutting off economic ties with Israel completely, according to a report in Turkish newspaper Hürriyet.
