Is Obama abandoning diplomatic support for Israel?

Prophecy Sign:  The involvement of Four Horns, (political powers), in the further dividing of the land given by God to the Jewish people as an eternal inheritance.

There is a section of scripture in the book of Zechariah which speaks of four horns, (political powers), that divide the land of Israel and scattered the Jewish people.  Most bible commentaries suggest this section of scripture is referring to the political powers, (Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome), that oppressed Israel/Judah some 2,000 and more years ago.

However, here in what we believe to be the final generation, the last days, we have yet another cadre of four horns doing to the current nation of Israel, (and the land of their inheritance), exactly what the former four horns did eons ago.  That is, carving up the land given to the Jewish people.  We have the United Nations, European Union, Russia and America, (the Quartet as they are called), all working feverishly to carve a chuck out of the Holy Land to create yet another Arab State by September of this year.

Unfortunately, one of the four horns, the current American administration, looks to be throwing its only true ally in the Middle-East under the bus in order to appease the remainder of the world. Watch out America; you and all the other nations will have a little date with God over this issue.
Then I looked up--and there before me were four horns! I asked the angel who was speaking to me, "What are these?" He answered me, "These are the horns that scattered Judah, Israel and Jerusalem." Zechariah 1:18-19 NIV

In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will put them on trial for what they did to my inheritance, my people Israel, because they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land. Joel 3:1-2 NIV

From the news articles:
France regrets the delay of a meeting expected this week of the Quartet of mediators seeking peace in the Middle East, officials said Wednesday. Diplomats have said the U.S. blocked an initiative by France, Britain and Germany to restart stalled Israeli-Palestinian talks by proposing the outlines of a final settlement at the meeting

The United States plans a new push to promote comprehensive Arab-Israeli peace, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Tuesday, suggesting a stronger US hand in trying to solve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.  President Barack Obama will lay out US policy toward the Middle East and North Africa in the coming weeks, Clinton told Arab and US policy makers in a speech that placed particular emphasis on Israeli-Palestinian peace.

Until the current president took office, it was accepted U.S. policy — consistent with multiple U.N. resolutions, expressions of U.S. policy and international agreements — that a unilateral declaration of Palestinian statehood was unacceptable and that Israel was entitled to defensible borders. While the administration hasn’t formally rejected either of these, there is certainly cause for worry.

Faced with what they see as the intransigence of the Israeli government led by Binyamin Netanyahu, Europe’s big beasts and America are moving closer in outlook, according to those sources. Before the UN vote of February 18th, Barack Obama reportedly encouraged Mr Cameron and others to take a tough line on Israel. In phone calls to his European allies, Mr Obama is said to have expressed frustration at Mr Netanyahu’s approach to settlements, but to have explained he had “too many domestic fires to extinguish” to risk a bust-up over Israel.
