Shi’ite Muslims, especially those of the same persuasion as Iranian President, Mahmoud Amadinejad, believe that their messiah, the Mahdi, (12th Imam), is nearly here. For those Christians that study bible prophecy, there seems to be an awful lot of similarities between this Shi-ite messiah and the Antichrist.
