IDF commander warns Tel Aviv will be target in next war

Israel is preparing for war.  Actually, Israel is always prepared for war, living alongside an Arab Muslim world that hates the Jewish nation’s very existence.  The commanders of the Israel Defense Forces, (IDF), can sense something coming.  Those of us that study bible prophecy know what's coming; More wars in the Middle-East with Israel having to once again, defend its right to exist.

The bible is clear in Psalm 83 that a cadre of Israel’s neighbors will attempt to "wipe Israel of the map", (an actual quote from Iranian President, Mahmoud Amadinejad).  Many prophecy observers, (including us), have concluded that Israel will win this prophetic war, expand its boundaries and remove its walls, (the giant wall separating Arabs from Jews in the holy land), forcing the world under the leadership of the Antichrist to come to the table to sign off on a peace covenant with the nation of Israel.  The seven year pact will begin the period of the Tribulation.

O God, do not remain silent; do not turn a deaf ear,do not stand aloof, O God. See how your enemies growl, how your foes rear their heads. Exactly 20 years after Iraqi missiles fell for the first time in central Israel at the start of the first Gulf War in January 1991, the commander of the Dan region in the IDF Home Front Command says that "danger has returned to Tel Aviv. Under any war scenario, it will be hit by a large number of missiles, missiles that are precise and lethal. However, our preparedness to deal with such missiles has also improved."

In an apparent attempt to shake the public into greater preparedness, the Commander of the Home Front's Dan District made a dire prediction Wednesday regarding the next war between Israel and its enemies. Speaking on IDF Radio, Col. Dan Zusman, who is in charge of about 1.5 million citizens on the Tel Aviv area, said that "the missiles and rockets from all fronts will reach Tel Aviv in the next round."  "We are talking about dozens of missiles of different kinds that will hit Tel Aviv, and therefore the estimate is that there will be hundreds of dead, destruction of buildings and destruction of infrastructure," he added.
